前几天刚说完123systems更新了主机，好家伙，才过了几天就又down了，这次还竟然把我的数据都丢失了，看来是时候跟他玩完了。

Date of occurrence: 2:00(AM) (GMT-5) Saturday.
Issue Description:
On the above mentioned date, we experienced complete power loss on the rack this host node was situated in resulting in severe file system damage. As a result of this issue, we have been unable to boot this server with the previous files and configuration and it has been deemed a complete data failure.
At this time we are still provisioning new containers for affected clients and you may have already received your new virtual server at this time. Please be aware that we are unable to restore or retrieve any files from the old server as the data was severely damaged.
We apologize and understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
