On the above mentioned date, we experienced complete power loss on the rack this host node was situated in resulting in severe file system damage. As a result of this issue, we have been unable to boot this server with the previous files and configuration and it has been deemed a complete data failure.
At this time we are still provisioning new containers for affected clients and you may have already received your new virtual server at this time. Please be aware that we are unable to restore or retrieve any files from the old server as the data was severely damaged.
