今天小众和Riku都提到了一个将摘要输出的供稿种子转换为全文输出供稿种子的信息。很多很好的blog，他们提供的供稿种子只是提供摘要输出。不订阅摘要型供稿种子是我的一个习惯，而这样也让我错过了这些好的blog，因此这个信息很容易就吸引了我的注意。

最近在blog上收了很多个flash，在wordpress中插入flash内容不是十分方便，因为wordpress是没有插入flash的quicktag的，于是有了做这个plugin的想法。

安装：

1. 下载addmedia.zip，解压；
2. 上载addmedia.php到yourwp/wp-content/plugins/中，登陆wp后台，在Plugins中激活。
3. 可选：下载quicktags.js，上传至yourwp/wp-includes/js/覆盖原文件。

使用：（以土豆网为例）

1. 打开土豆网；
2. 在右边栏中找到此节目网址(URL)，复制其中的URL；
3. 从嵌入播放器代码(HTML)可看到width=”400″ height=”350″，说明此flash的宽为400，高为350；
4. 在write页中，编写就可以了。效果：越狱第2季第11集预告
5. 当你在安装步骤中完成了第3步，并且你没有使用wordpress的visual rich editor。你可以在write页面中发现名为media的quicktag，按下，根据提示填写就可以方便地插入flash了。
